Refund policy

Cancellations:

No refunds will be given once your order is shipped. So be sure you are confident with your purchase before submitting your order.


Returns:

All returns must be within 7 days of your notified delivery date. Please contact us at info@acwstylestudio.com to start the process.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges of earrings or hair accessories due to reasons of hygiene. Sale items can not be returned.

Returns must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Refund will be processed after we received the returns. Customer will receive the refund over the payment method used at check out.

Customer is responsible for all shipping cost related to the returns.

ACW Style Studio is not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.

For any items deemed faulty, please contact us at info@acwstylestudio.com so we can discuss a resolution. All orders are quality controlled and checked before being dispatch. Please note that items that are damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If requested during checkout, we would be happy to provide a photo of your order before it is shipped.

No refunds for any lost or delayed package.

 

Customs: If a package is being held at customs due to additional charges such as duties, or taxes; ACW Style Studio will not be held responsible and will not refund the customer unless the package is return to us.
